Refining precious metals is a metallurgical art. Complex and skillful work, a different discipline to recovery. Therefore we work with a small number of selected, highly skilled precious metal refineries. Because only the best is good enough for our customers.

Our services include:
Documentation and insurance
All residues are carefully labelled, documented and under insurance shipped, using our trusted logistical partners. Specialized in high value cargo.
Third party analysis
The residue is sampled at our site, after processing. Next to our analysis, the residue is sent out for analysis at a third party accredited lab for ICP analysis. To make sure accountability on results at all times.
Precious cargo
We work with highly skilled, trusted and vetted logistical partners. Full control and ownership throughout the whole process is guaranteed.
Finished proces
At the end of the refining process the metal is ready to be credited. Or returned as metal, deposited onto a metals account, or returned as a product, ready to be used into the process of our customers.

What materials can Circle PGM recover?
We handle a wide variety of materials containing precious metals (PGMs) in all shapes and sizes. Our specialty lies in iridium and ruthenium coated materials, which we process using our unique, chemical-free method.
Is Circle PGM compliant with European environmental regulations?
Yes, Circle PGM is compliant with European environmental regulations. Our innovative, chemical-free recovery process aligns with the standards for sustainability, safety, and environmental protection. We continue to improve on a daily basis.
What materials can be recovered and refined?

What’s the difference between destructive and non-destructive coating removal?
Destructive coating removal breaks down both the coating and the substrate, making the substrate unusable. Non-destructive removal, however, separates the coating while preserving the substrate, allowing it to be reused. At Circle PGM, we specialize in non-destructive, chemical-free method to recover precious metals sustainably
Is the collection process disruptive to operations?
We will keep the disruption to an absolute minimum. Due to excellent communication with your internal team and our specialists, our service on your site will be hardly noticeable. Teamwork makes the world go round.
Can you collect from international locations?
Absolutely, from all “corners of the earth” is material coming to Circle PGM. Due to our extensive reach, together with our logistical partners, we are able to service you anywhere.
What happens after the collection?
Our team is in close contact with our logistics partners. Knowing exactly the whereabouts of our material, wherever in the world. Your material comes to our site in Etten Leur as soon as possible, without any detours. As soon as your material touches ground at our site, our preliminary checks start and you’ll be notified through your personalized customer portal.
Is there a minimum quantity that we need to send?
Not necessarily. We appreciate every single job. However, we will advise prior to processing when our experts expect a potentially not economically viable project. We always talk this through with our customers and decide together. Our role is to advise the best way we can.
Would you be available for rush jobs?
Of course, if your processes are hinging on something we could assist you with, we will continue to work till the job is done. Evening, weekend; when it is important for you, it is important for us.
What happens if material is not what is expected?
We are 100% committed to finding a solution that works for our customers. Transparent communication and honesty.
Would a sample of the residue be made available for our own analysis?
Absolutely. We can send you a sample of your material upon request.
Who is the owner of the metals during the refining process?
The customer is, until the moment the payment has been done in full, the customer remains the owner of the metal.
Are you having a long term relationship with your partners?
Yes, with all companies we work with, we’ve established a very strong relationship. We believe this is the foundation of success.
How do you determine the value of the metal?
Based on the final assay, the actual content of precious metals is determined. That content is then paid to the customer to the agreed terms.
Is there a risk of mixing different materials during refining?
No, we work per batch. All separated during refining. Therefore that risk is mitigated.
